Konstantza Popova is the esteemed Program Director and Head Coach of Rhythmic Gymnastics at SKILLS by Gymnastics World and at Gymnastics World in Woodbridge, VA. A Master of Sport recognized by USA Gymnastics, she has served on the United States Rhythmic Gymnastics National Team coaching staff from 2013 until 2017.

Born in Bulgaria, Konstantza earned multiple national titles as a rhythmic gymnast before transitioning to aerobic gymnastics. She became a three-time world champion, securing the Mixed Pair title at the 1997 Aerobic Gymnastics World Championships.

After relocating to the U.S. in 1998, she continued to make history, guided by her coaching expertise. In 2007, she started Gymnastics World, LLC, where many of her athletes have earned several national and Pan-American championship medals, including the USA rhythmic team’s top finish in 2017.

Today, Konstantza combines elite-level competition insight with artistic sensitivity, supporting both recreational and competitive gymnasts in rhythmic, aerobic, and women’s gymnastics disciplines.

Her coaching achievements include developing U.S. podium success in the World Aerobic Championships and nurturing young champions who are preparing for national squads.

Coach Alice Guo is teaming up with Coach Konstantza to build the “super minds in the super athletes”, nurturing confident speakers, creative writers, and dynamic leaders in our athlete community.

Coach Alice Guo has been the founder and president of Impact Speaking Academy since 2013.  She was an award-winning English lecturer at Xian Jiao Tong University in China before moving to the United States in 1997 for Graduate Studies in Accounting and Business. 

Coach Alice had won in the club area division and at the district levels between 2000 and 2008 in various international speech contests. 

Coach Alice has conducted thousands of business seminars and leadership training sessions for English speakers between 2003-2011.  As a mother of a young child, she started coaching young students in public speaking in 2012.  Her students had won state, national, and international awards for public speaking and presentations.

In 2019, Alice resigned from a comfortable corporate job at a Fortune 100 company to pursue classical education for her children and students.   During July 2019, over 100 students aged 5-17 had memorized approximately 1,000 classical English articles in total, including “The Declaration of Independence”, “A Tale of Two Cities”, “Address at Gettysburg”, “On Justice by Plato”, and “I Have A Dream”, etc.  Many of her young students are well-versed in the Analects of Confucius and the teachings of Mencius.
